Joining the FIG CLUB is simple and free! Simply register on our website or via our widget (on the left side of your screen). In just a few clicks, with your name, email, and password, you'll be part of the community. From the moment you register, and with your first purchase, you'll start earning points!

Every purchase counts! For every dollar spent online, you receive 1 point. And that's not all: special missions and seasonal offers allow you to collect even more points. Tip: Subscribe to our newsletter to never miss out on our exclusive opportunities!

You can check your points balance directly in your FIG CLUB area by logging into your account on our website. Your balance is displayed in your member profile.

1 - Click on the FIG CLUB crown in the bottom left corner.
2 - Click Redeem Points to generate your discount coupons.
3 - Go to My Coupons and click Apply: the discount will be automatically added to your cart.

Your points history is accessible from your FIG CLUB account, in the “points history” section. There you will find details of points accumulated, used and in progress.

Coupons not used at the time of purchase remain available in the My Coupons section. They have no validity period.

No, only one coupon can be used per order.

Yes, if you already have a SHOP user account, you can become a member of the FIG CLUB. Simply sign up for the loyalty program through your SHOP account to start earning points.

If you return an item, the associated points used for the purchase will simply be added back to your account. If you have any questions, our customer service team is always here to help.

If an order is canceled, the associated points used for that purchase will also be re-credited to your account. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Your points don't disappear: they remain associated with your account. By rejoining the CLUB, you can easily recover them.
